How does NiceAi work?

NiceAi uses AI-powered conversations to help you practice emotional intelligence. You'll engage in realistic scenarios, receive real-time feedback on your responses, and see your EQ scores improve as you practice.

Do I need to create an account?

You can try NiceAi anonymously, but creating an account allows you to save your progress, track your history, and sync your data across devices.

How do I get hints during conversations?

Your first hint is always free! For additional hints, you can watch a short rewarded ad. You can also disable ads in Settings if you prefer unlimited hints.

What is the EQ Compass?

The EQ Compass is a real-time visualization of your emotional intelligence scores across four key dimensions: Self-Awareness, Self-Regulation, Social Awareness, and Relationship Management.

Can I disable ads?

Yes! Go to Settings → Ads → Toggle "Show Ads" off. When ads are disabled, you'll have unlimited hints without watching ads.

Is my conversation data private?

Yes! Your conversations are stored locally on your device. We use anonymous analytics to improve the app, and you can opt-out in Settings. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Ads are not showing

Make sure ads are enabled in Settings. If ads still don't appear, check your internet connection. Ads may take a few seconds to load.

AI responses are slow

AI responses typically take 1-3 seconds. If responses are consistently slow, check your internet connection. The app uses a proxy service to ensure global access.

App crashes or freezes

Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, make sure you're running the latest version of the app and iOS.
